Requirements
• Credentialed Technician-Required
• Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM)-Preferred
• two years of leadership & management experience in an ER veterinary hospital-Required
• four years of Veterinary Technician Experience in an ER hospital-preferred

Nurse – Fetch of Bonita Springs
Fetch Specialty & Cancer Veterinary Centers in Bonita Springs is looking for another talented and caring individual to join our Oncology Technician Nurse Team. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of the Fetch family and advance your skills in oncology!

Our ideal candidate is able to:
• Provide excellent client communications and education
• Act as a liaison between clients, referring veterinarians, and co-workers
• Provide a high level of patient care and maintain accurate computerized patient medical records
• Exceptional venipuncture and IV catheter placement
• Perform digital radiography
• Perform anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery

Medical Billing Coordinator – Fetch of Brandon
Summary/Objective
The Medical Billing Coordinator will work in conjunction with the Medical Billing Lead, Doctors, and Nursing staff to provide accurate estimates of services to clients, and assist technicians with creating estimates prior to service. Help clients understand what services are listed in estimates, expected costs of services prior to treatment, and deposit requirements. Daily or Bi-Daily updates to clients with current balance. Take additional deposits, and create updated estimates if needed. Review current invoices of in-house patients to ensure accuracy. Review closed invoices for auditing to ensure billing is accurate across all specialty departments. This position will focus in the areas of client services, quality assurance, service excellence with both staff and clients. Both in person and by phone.
Essential Functions
- Present treatment plan to clients after Dr. has reviewed medical plans with the owner. Make sure deposit is collected and respond to any client financial concerns
- Calculate and collect payments for medical procedures and services.
- Maintain financial communications to ensure all deposits are received and appropriate financial updates are given.
- Monitor the flow of the day, anticipate the need for revised estimates. Check in with the doctor and technicians consistently throughout the day. Provide updates to clients and educate them as needed.
- Prepare invoices, and document amounts due to medical procedures and services.
- Managing the status of accounts and balances and identifying inconsistencies.
- Follow-up on missed payments and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Initiates refund requests when necessary.
- Ensures adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems as needed.
Skills and Knowledge
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Understand logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Knowledge of hospital procedures, of the spelling and meaning of commonly used terminology in veterinary medicine.

Work Environment
This job operates in a veterinary hospital setting. Normal vocation environment risks associated in this setting as related to treatment of and exposure to clientele, and health hazards related to disease and specialty care.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
Physical Demands
This position will require at least 8 hours of walking/standing/crouching/bending, lifting/ pushing/pulling between 1-50 lbs. and sedentary work/sitting for long periods of time.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with varying schedules to include evenings, weekends, and holidays required as job duties demand. This a 35–40-hour work week with an introductory period of two months (60 days).
Travel
15% travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
- Knowledge of Veterinary software (Ezyvet, Cornerstone, Avimark, SmartFlow, Cubex)
- 1yr veterinary experience in customer service or vet tech
- High School Diploma Required; College Degree Preferred
