Fetch is proud to offer specialty veterinary internal medicine through our skilled, board-certified internal medicine team.  Internal medicine involves diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of diseases including gastrointestinal, respiratory, renal, immune, liver and infectious disease processes.  The internal medicine team will review your pet’s history and make recommendations for diagnostics and treatment options to provide you more information and hopefully improve your pet’s quality and quantity of life as well as your understanding of the disease.

Fetch also offers vet-to-vet consultations Monday through Friday. If you’re a general practitioner, email or call us directly to refer a patient to our specialists.

Internal Medicine Services

Our internal medicine department is here to serve you with advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities. We are able to provide an extensive range of services, including:

  • Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (Stomach, Duodenum, Colonoscopy)
  • Endoscopic foreign body retrieval
  • Bronchoscopy/Rhinoscopy
  • Cystoscopy
  • Ultrasonography
  • Bone marrow evaluation
  • Contrast enhanced CT scan
  • Cytologic evaluation
  • Thoracocentesis, abdominocentesis, and arthrocentesis
  • Tracheal wash, bronchoalveolar lavage
  • Advanced endocrine evaluation and diabetic monitoring
  • Feeding tube placement and management
