Our Payment Options

Fetch Specialty & Cancer Veterinary Centers accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, CareCredit, and Scratchpay. If your pet is covered by pet health insurance, please check to see whether the insurance company covers cancer treatments (see below). Payment for the services your pet receives from us is required at the time services are performed.

CareCredit

CareCredit is a medical credit card available for all veterinary services provided by Fetch Specialty & Cancer Veterinary Centers. It is similar to other major credit cards but with two unique features: (1) every CareCredit transaction is eligible for a no interest or low-interest payment plan and (2) you may be eligible for a no interest plan if paid in full within the promotional period. Monthly payments are required and the program is subject to credit approval. You can use your CareCredit card over and over for all of your pet’s follow-up care as well.

Scratchpay

Scratchpay provides simple, transparent payment plans for financing costs associated with veterinary care – faster and with higher approval rates. Scratchpay is not a credit card. Finding your plan option will not affect your credit score.

All payment plans and loans are subject to approval and, with respect to the loan, the rate for which individual borrowers qualify may vary based on individual credit history and other factors.

Pet Insurance

Pet health insurance has been available for several years and there are pet health insurance plans that cover the cost of cancer treatments. If your pet is covered by pet health insurance, please contact your carrier directly to determine if cancer treatments are included in the policy that covers your pet.

If your pet is covered, all paperwork is handled by the pet insurance company. You will be reimbursed by the pet insurance company according to the benefits package after your pet has been treated and you have paid the bill paid to us. You will send copies of the paid receipts along with a brief insurance claim form to the insurance company, and you will be reimbursed by the insurance company.
