Dr. Surdin

Originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Dr. Surdin completed both her undergraduate and veterinary education at the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science followed by her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Surdin has a strong passion for small animal emergency medicine and soft tissue surgery, with a special interest in providing compassionate, high-quality care to pets and their families during urgent and critical situations. After spending several years in Gainesville, she relocated to Florida’s west coast to continue her veterinary career.

Outside of the hospital, Dr. Surdin enjoys spending time at the beach, exploring new places around the Tampa Bay area, and relaxing at home with her dog, Pancake.
