Prior to joining the Fetch Team, Dr. Scotti was the first criticalist in the Upstate and was instrumental in establishing the first Emergency and Critical Care specialty in the area. Her passion for teaching led her to hold many CE lectures for technicians, ER doctors, and local veterinarians. Her current clinical interests include polytrauma, sepsis, acute kidney injury, and hemodialysis. Dr. Scotti is driven to provide high-quality patient care to all help patients and thrives in the recovery of critical and challenging cases.
Outside of work, Dr. Scotti loves spending time in her garden and creating flower arrangements for her friends and family. She loves trying new restaurants with her husband and traveling whenever possible. She currently has four dogs, two cats, and nine chickens to keep her busy.
