Dr. Konczos is a residency-trained emergency and critical care veterinarian with a passion for caring for critically ill and injured pets. Originally from a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, she attended The Ohio State University for her undergraduate studies, where she earned her Animal Sciences degree along with minors in Dance and Military Science. She also completed Ohio State’s Army ROTC program, and was commissioned as a U.S. Army Medical Service Corps Officer in 2018.

Dr. Konczos went on to earn her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Following veterinary school, she completed a rotating internship at the University of Minnesota before returning to OSU to complete her residency training in Emergency and Critical Care.

Her clinical interests include the management of sepsis, anaphylaxis, toxin exposures, critical post-operative patients, and trauma. She enjoys the challenges of emergency medicine, and is dedicated to providing thoughtful, timely, and compassionate care to critically ill patients while supporting their families through stressful and unexpected circumstances.

Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Konczos enjoys dancing, going to the beach, watching hockey & Ohio State football, exploring new aquariums, working out at the gym, and playing with her two cats, Lilo & Dory.
