Morgan Roberson, RVT Practice Manager - Emergency and Critical Care

Morgan Roberson is a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) with more than 12 years of experience in emergency and critical care veterinary medicine. Originally from Georgia, she has spent the majority of her career working in academia, where she developed a passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping future veterinary professionals build confidence and clinical skills.

Morgan is currently pursuing her Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS) certification in Emergency & Critical Care. She enjoys the challenge of continually expanding her knowledge and applying what she learns to improve patient care. One of her favorite aspects of the VTS process has been exploring complex cases and deepening her understanding of emergency and critical care medicine.

Outside of the hospital, Morgan enjoys baking, gardening, spending time with her cats, and tackling DIY projects. She also loves exploring the mountains, trying new recipes, and finding opportunities to learn something new.

Whether she’s caring for critically ill patients, mentoring fellow veterinary professionals, or helping improve clinical processes, Morgan is passionate about advancing veterinary nursing and fostering a culture of lifelong learning.
