Terri Fleming, CVPM Practice Manager - Emergency Services

Terri was raised in North Carolina and began her career in general practice but quickly realized that she had a passion for emergency medicine. After spending 10 years in emergency medicine, Terri had worked her way up to being the practice manager. While managing this ER, she completed her Bachelors in Business at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. After obtaining her degree, she was able to sit for the Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) exam and successfully passed. In 2020, she and her husband decided to make the move to Florida where she took a job to open a daytime practice in the Fort Lauderdale area. Eventually, they made the move to the west coast and Terri joined the Fort Myers ER team. She has a passion for training and mentoring team members.

 

While not working, Terri enjoys spending time with her husband and their 2 dogs. They enjoy time at the beach, fishing, and concerts.
